    Essential Monthly Bookkeeping

    For small businesses that need accurate, ongoing bookkeeping and monthly financial management to operate efficiently, stay compliant, and have tax ready books to hand over to a CPA at tax time.

    What is included

    • Expense Categorizations

      We will sort receipts and expenses into correct ledger accounts in order to track where your money goes so you can clearly see your business profitability and file taxes accurately, getting you the tax write-offs and deductions that you deserve.

    • Bank Reconciliations

      We will compare your bank and credit card statements to your QuickBooks records to check for errors and verify that everything matches up ensuring that your reports are accurate and reliable.

    • Financial Reporting

      We will prepare and deliver basic monthly financial reports such as: Balance Sheet and Income Statement, which will give you an overview of your profitability and a financial snapshot that you can use to guide your decision making and track your performance.

    • Basic Vendor/Customer Tracking

      Will allow you to see which clients generate the most revenue and where most of your expenses are coming from, ensuring clean, organized books and accurate taxes.

Hi, I'm Samara Nicole Rigmaiden, the owner of SNR Bookkeeping, and I'm passionate about helping small business owners feel more confident and organized when it comes to their books.

I'm a QuickBooks ProAdvisor, but my love for bookkeeping actually started at home. As the wife of a disabled military veteran and entrepreneur, I help run his equipment repair business. Along the way, I discovered that I genuinely enjoy the business side of things—especially bookkeeping—and I learned firsthand just how important it is to keep your books organized and ready for tax time.

That experience inspired me to start SNR Bookkeeping. I wanted to take the skills I have developed and use them to help other small business owners spend less time worrying about their books and more time doing what they love. I truly enjoy supporting fellow entrepreneurs and seeing small businesses succeed.

When I'm not working, you'll usually find me spending time with my family and friends. I especially love being outdoors—whether that's relaxing on my favorite river sandbar, camping, or swimming. I also enjoy reading and playing ukulele whenever I get the chance.

I believe good bookkeeping is more than just numbers—it's about giving small business owners the organization, clarity, and peace of mind they need to move forward with confidence.

  • Can I do my bookkeeping by myself?

    Yes, however, hiring a remote bookkeeper frees up valuable business hours for you to focus on what you do best in your business and ensures clean, accurate financial records compared to the time-consuming and error-prone DIY route. The best part is that we are an independent contractor, therefore you do not have to hire a full-time employee or or pay any of the associated extra costs and taxes involved with hiring a W-2 employee.

  • Do you offer Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable tracking or payroll services?

    No, not at this time.

  • Do you offer invoicing services or sales tax tracking and payments?

    These services may be available at an extra fee. Call for a custom quote.

  • Can't AI do my bookkeeping for free or cheap?

    AI can make bookkeeping faster and more affordable, but it doesn't replace the value of an experienced bookkeeper. AI is great for automating routine tasks, but it still needs human oversight to catch errors, understand unusual transactions, and make sure your books are accurate.

    A real bookkeeper brings judgment, problem-solving, personalized guidance, and accountability. We don't just enter numbers. We help make sure your financial information makes sense and is ready for taxes, financial reporting, and important business decisions.
